Well, they do the job they are intended to do really well, they are small enough to put in your pocket, and light enough to carry on long distance walks.. They are far better than any other of the small binoculars I've bought - up to now...

I wanted a simple, cheap, pair of bins that would fit easily in my pocket when out walking, but would still give decent magnification and image clarity. I had previously bought a set of these as a gift for someone, was very impressed when I tried them out, so bought a second pair for my own use.

Have used these extensively over the past couple of days whilst watching cricket at Essex. They are just right for watching close up that which is difficult to observe from a distance - which is the whole point of binoculars admittedly. But the added bonus with these little gems is their lightness and compactness, which makes them unobtrusive when laying idle and worn on the lanyard. Recommended at the price.
