great for the price May 8, 2010 Gazal (Belgium) I bought this frame as a mother's day present and I have to say I was in doubt because of the negative comments here, but the price was very attractive and I gave it a shot. I love it! I've just uploaded the photos and the slideshow is a pleasure to watch. Yes the frame is not that wide and the resolution is mediocre but definitely not disturbing. If you really want more, you would have to pay much more. I think this frame is really a bargain. Recommended.
Excellent Value March 16, 2010 K. Wellman (South Wales) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this for my wife for valentines day insted of wasting money on a bunch of flowers that would have died within a week.I had read the other reviews about this frame, slagging off the picture quality, but for normal family photos etc its brilliant. If your David Bailey and you want to show off your work then this is not the frame for you, but if like me you just want to show off your holiday snaps etc then its ideal and a great value for money.
Nice looking screen February 26, 2010 Mr. J. Crouch I bought this for my mum for christmas and it looks great and for me it was ok to setup with pics but there is little to no instructions and for them that means a problem every time they add photo's. It has some buttons on the back but not 100% sure what they all do and gave up trying to work them out. But having said that it is lovelly works well but a little over complicated to not have any real instructions
Good value February 7, 2010 H. J. Lucas This was a surprise present. Manual very limited but worked it out after about 20 minutes of trial and error and it's fairly logical really, NOTE: there is a bit of a delay when using the buttons on the back which means if you get click happy you can undo an instruction before it has a chance to do it.
The portrait photos are very thin with black margins either side which is a shame, but i have found the landscape shots look really good from across the room. Photo's need adjusting individually which is labour intensive if you plan to fill it - but I haven't done this yet.
The shiny black frame is sleek looking, the stand is firm and adjusts easily. The transistions are already set but I think can be changed.
I set up a new folder in Pictures which I right clicked once the frame was cabled to the computer, chose "send to..." and that was it.
I love it.
Nice Frame, But.... January 21, 2010 captain sparkle (uk) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
.... the instructions, or lack of them, let the side down. Luckily i am quite adept at figuring stuff out, but my parents, at 75, can't get to grips with it. Even the online instructions are the same, many languages, but not much help.
